(8:45 AM 5/2/2005) integrator43: sorry, gone for the weekend. i went to the post office and they were really no help. they said that you should check at your local post office to see if they are holding the package for some reason. the lady also said it could take up to 10 days. i was pissed cuz i paid the $10 for priority which is supposed to be 2-3 days. but she said there is no guarantee. as i write this i am checking email from post office to see the updated info.

everybody who cares to analyze this situation feel free to.

i have done all that i can to get this shipping nightmare (USPS) handled, we just have to wait it out according to USPS. if they do not find it i get the money back and i can then get it to the buyer. i don't see this as an issue except for the fact that the buyer and myself are both upset. i want to provide good sevice for anyone who buys from me and i believe i have done more than my share.
crxsiperf, thank you for your patience thus far and i really hope the package arrives soon.

 

i also talked to my mail carrier this morning and she told me that some "suspicious" packages get diverted to an inspection station. so that may also cause a delay. i guess i could see the PO seeing this package as suspicious because of the object being steel and odd shaped. the mail carrier also said the PO lost her mortgage payment once, it took 22 days to get from pasadena to LA, she said she longer has faith in her own employer, and i guess i don't either. UPS only from this point on.......

 

i talked to PO again this morning, they are still "searching" for the package. they say they will contact me when they finish their search. sounds like more waiting and BS to me. to the USPS

Well im glad to say i went to the post office today and they have had a package in there posession for almost what now 2 weeks or so , damn bastards didn't even leave me a card or something in the mail box , and the crazy thing is ive been in there like 3 times and finally today they told me . I just wanna make sure i let everyone know this guy is a good seller , kudos thanks man

this is almost too funny, as i called the PO again this morning and they still can't find the package. i guess i wil let them sweat for a while longer and try to see if they can find it. i am sorry for you not getting the shifter in a decent amount of time. but i guess we all learned from this situation. the PO is unreliable.
