No Start.
I re-installed a '94 gsr motor into my 94 Civic Si Hatch. The motor was hydro-locked and i did a complete rebuild but now the car will not start. I have no fuel coming up from the pump. But when i jump the pump out on the main relay i hear the pump come on and i pump gas up.but when i connect the relay the pump does no come on.I just replaced the relay today and it is doing the same thing.I am stuck.I dont know what to check. The fuel pump is good and the wiring from the relay to the pump is good.Does anyone know what this could be? Your Help Would be greatly appreciated.Thanks.

the pump isnt turning on so i disconnected the main relay and jumped out the pump as per the manual and the pump turned on..what grounds where u missing i will check them.i think i have a grounded wire some where.
I was missing the thermostat ground. I thought my car wasnt getting fuel also because of the pump and it really wasnt because I took the fuel rail off after tryin to start and it was bone dry, but it wasnt because the pump wasnt working. I connected the ground, and after a few cranks it started. I cant think of all the grounds but I know there is a thermostat ground, transmission ground, valve cover ground, the battery ground (negative wire to body) and I think one on the intake manifold.
