baffle plate.
I believe it's good to use for when you are at the track...such as auto-x and drag..etc. It prolongs engine life by curing oil pressure drop during hard cornering. So if you goto the track a lot then it might be worth getting...I don't think they are that much anyway...good insurance.
Not sure if the GSR comes stock with baffles in the pan or not. I do know Moroso makes oil pans for the Integra that have baffles...here's a link..
