Default Anyone know about bearings? How do you choose?

Lets suppose I'm doing a B18C1 rebuild. I'm getting new rods. The crank is in perfect condition, however when I order new bearings, there are different... "grades" to choose from. (I guess this is the best way to put it)

How do I tell what bearing to get for what rod journal? Or am I making too big of a deal out of this?

Are you going with oem bearings? If you are then you have to match up the rod number to the letter on the crank. I'm sure you know what else you have to do when you get the bearings (plastigage, etc.) If you aren't going oem then I have no clue, sorry.
