The wheels are "streched" onto the rim...just like some vw dubs do
I think you buy a smaller width tire and hav to go to a shop to strech it onto your rim

I heard they do that so that they can fit wider wheels, with almost 0 side wall and make it fit under the wheel well without hitting the edge. Its some big thing with the drifter set.
When I was over there last Aug., I told some of the guys there that it looked pretty lame to me to try to put the smallest possible tire on the largest possible rims... They just said that it was the dopeness and I should go back to tuning V8s in America...
