Default Strut bar/sway bar?

Whats the difference, and which is more beneficial to overall handeling?

strut bars mount to the top of the shock tower and provide a small amount of chassis rigidity

sway bars mount to the subframe and the lower control arms and resist suspension travel when cornering. The sway bar would improve cornering performance much more than the strut bar will.

strut bars can be cheaper at times. if you can afford either, get the sway bar
