Default what size slicks to run?

Ive got a 92 dx hatch with a d15b vtec. right now on 195/60/14 at 20psi im running 14.6 and cutting 2.1 60 ft times. im going to do some head work and rechip my ecy to p08 specs and ultimatly im trying for a 13.XX timeslip and believe that a set of slicks are going to be key as im getting alot of wheelspin off the line. im launching at 5500 and if i go lower than that it lugs off the line. so what are the proper size slicks i would use for about 140 or so wheel hp in a 2000lb car?

20x8x14 slicks will be a good start with what you have.
