S2000 license plugs fit 2000 civic?

S2000 license plugs fit 2000 civic?
Hey all.
Had my 2000 Civic DX since 2002, and spend most my time working on Firebirds and Camaros (own a 92 T/A Knight Rider replica). Just recently starting to turn my attention to my Civic lately (and my girlfriend has a 2001 CRV).
I need some plugs to cover the mounting holes for the front license plates and was wondering if the plugs for the S2000 will work for the Civic? I can find those plugs online. Wanted to check with the pros before I went to the dealer (I can kinda already here the response from them since I'm in California and we are required to have front plates if the car came stock with mounting points. Luckily Knight 2000s don't but my Honda did).
