Default DIY LIPS!!!! Anything for the rear? HELP

Hey guys

Im back to overhauling my Crx's body. I had an invader body kit, fully moulded on all sides and modofied the front bumper to take away the 2 gay square holes

What Ive decided to do it go back to oem front and rear bumpers but still keep the invader sides but I just shaved the scoop thing at the back, so its basically a flat side skirt and my door mouldings are shaved so its a nice clean look

MY PROBLEM

Obviously the aftermarket bumper sits alot lower than stock and the Crx rear was always high to begin with, so it looks a little funny at stock ride height. I definetely need to make a lip for the rear, I was hoping somethings have been coverred, I remember seeing something about the gardening black stuff being riveted (I think) or somehow attached to the front and that working

Let me know what I can do, I searched for a while but found nothing for the rear bumper

Ive seen a few CRXs with a modified Si front lip attached to the rear. It works well and is clean. You might want to look into that.

EDIT: Here is a pic of sircrxracer's CRX with rear Si lip.

i noticed a lot of these DIYs using a front lip on the rear are applied to 90-91 rear bumpers...could this work for an 88-89 rear as well? and which lip is used?

i've got an 89 rear, and an extra 90-91 lip..not sure if i can make it fit...??

So get a bigger lip from a different car if you want bigger.

i put an 9093 integra front lip on my rear. whatever lip you use, your going to have to cut but you will also need to use a heat gun and heat it up so it will match the bumper. i suggest going to a junkhard and finding a car with a nice stock lip and getting it to work ;P

my rear end isnt far off the ground at all.....but get a 89-91 integra front lip....cut an indention where the exhaust is and put it on your rear bumper....im not sure if any modifications are needed besides that...but im planning on doing it along with a Mugen replica front lip i found for crxs.

^ good looking lip. Care to elaborate?

Also... that harness in ur cardomain... why not hook it up right to the harness bar.. instead of making it a spine compactor.
