Default rotor change= BOGGING

The screw on my rotor (in the dizzy, not the brakes) came out while i was driving a few days ago... after abandoning my car, I relace it with a new rotor, screw and loc-tite, and now after the cars gotten warmed up (about 20-30 mins) she will start to bog, and the idle gets really irratic. The check engine light will come on, and go off again several times. it did this same kinda thing about a month ago, but went away... Is it possible I have a short or perhaps something was damaged in the dizzy when the screw came off the rotor? I cleaned my iacv not too long ago too... any thoughts guys (or gals?)
