02 Accord LX, I do not believe my trunk release is equipped to be wired up for a keyless entry system.

Am I able to install a trunk latch from an EX that would be equipped with a solenoid? Does the wiring exist or would I have to run some wiring?

I want to have an aftermarket car starter and keyless entry system installed, with the trunk release as well.

Also, anyone know where I can find a Chiltons manual for an 02 accord? I found trouble trying to find one online.

 

you'll need the actual trunk release part, the radio controll module that comes standard with ex accord

but since you said you'll want an autostarter, i would recommend you go get the oem hardware for the trunk release(should be pretty easy consider how much volume of sales and crashed accord) and wired that to your new alarm system/autostarter

 

the honda accessory keyless/security systems replace the trunk latch assy with basically an ex latch and if you research the electrical manual the wiring is already there
