after all the clutch problems. got the rex running but the damn thing wont idle less than 2 grand. tried adjusting throttle cable, tried adjusting tps. on brand new throttlebody. even just ran engine without thottle cable. still it idles at 2 grand. any suggestions. everyones been great so far. thanks in advance.

 

did you try to adjust the idle screw thats what was happening to mine but i fixed it by adjusting that it is located on the throttle body

 

Have you recently played around with that nut on the side of the throttle body? You may have tightened it down too much and it doesn't idle down anymore until you loosen it. It's happened to me before.
