Ok, here is the problem, I turn the car on and the check engine light comes on after 5 seconds. I drive the car around and it drives normally, after about 3-4 minutes it starts to bog like crazy after 2500-3000 rpm, i can't get past 3200. And if i drive it for a while it will shut off. Can this be the result of a bad O2 sensor? I haven't checked for ECU codes yet. Please help me, I appreciate it guys!

 

we cant do much if you can't check the ECU codes.

Sounds like your in limp mode (prevents the engine from running hard)

Mine did this when the distributor took a dump. I would check the code and distributor, might have jumped a tooth on the timing too. Just a few things to check.

 

yeah the 2 plugs were shot, i replaced the connectors and its all G.. i dint think it would throw me all of these codes.. runs a lot better than it did before my dizzy was bad. everyone go change your dizzys you get 100120949 hp.
