Default wheres the themostat on a 93 accorrd

Posting this for my step father he cannot find the themo on his 93 accorrd

There are two hoses for coolant to and from the radiator. The top one flows to the radiator, and the bottom one flows from the radiator to the back of the engine. The thermostat is in the part that the bottom radiator hose connects to. I believe there are two bolts that hold it to the head. If you need more help, just let me know.

you are correct ... the best way is to just remove the hose and then use a 10mm socket to remove the 2 10mm bolts when you install the new thermostat remember that it has a up position so if you dont put it right they will leak
