Default My friend finished his swap!!

My friend finished his swap awhile ago and these are some quick pics I took. His car is so damn nasty its scary, he use to have 13b, street ported, SP-74 single turbo setup, but the LS1 swap just kills his old setup.

not trying to be a dick, but can i get a reason??

the ls1 stock makes anywhere from 300-315 whp and same amount of torque. plus your not driving a ticking time bomb also. the ls1 motor also weighs a couple pounds lighter, making this car the ultimate street, track car.

many people have run mid to high 11s just with ls1 swap plus exhaust. think about if you boost that motor?

the motor definetely is the most expensive part, if your doing the swap yourself. i know that you need to weld up a new sub frame too. its a pretty hard swap, but when done it fits like a glove.
