All Motor / Naturally Aspirated No power adders

Default please help

i got a great deal on the blox b spec cams from an-r great doing business with them for the second time ... i cant decide what springs i want to go with the cams i was wavering on the omni powere springs and tit retainers because they say they are only recommended to 9500 rpms ... my current set up will be when i get the sticks will be b16 eagle rods 12.5:1 je pistons blox b cams and ... (blank( valve train .. what would you folks suggest for the valvetrain?
