Default b18c1 spark plugs(yes i searched)

ok i did a search, and the only answers i can find are for hardcore built race motors, or for stock motors.

im looking for a good plug reccomendation for semi mildly built GSR.

i have 11.5/1cr, stage 2 cams, 310cc injectors, etc.,etc. the car is still a daily driver, and im not running nitrous. so whats a good plug to use?? ive heard BKR7E-11 NGK is good, but people are using that on engines running nitrous too. so just wondering if that plug would be too cold.
