Default Good throttle body for sohc (preferably cheap)

I need to replace my tiny throttle body. Is there a direct honda replacement or do I need to go after market? I would like something in the area of 68mm I think. Not looking to make over 300 hp. It's a d16 sohc with built block but doesn't seem going over 8lbs of boost does a thing.

I also have to small of downpipe but I am taking care of that in the next month.

You don't need a 68mm TB to make 300horses. You would be fine with an Hseries TB or a ITR TB or a B16 converted ITR body which you would need to get ported. 68mm is a huge TB.

Good Day,
RH.

That's true my intercooler piping is 2.5. No reason to go larger then the piping I guess.

Does this throttle body come an any other hondas or acuras? As soon as you say ITR the price triples. Maybe this part comes on other cars as well?

Lots of used throttle bodies on ebay but not sure which one bolt right up.

is it really worth getting the larger tb. Can you guys with them on your sohc turbo setup feel a difference? Much better throttle response?

If going over 8lbs and not making anymore power it's probably your turbo or some other bottle neck in your setup. What kind of turbo are you running?

Agreed. I'm still running the stock tb on my setup (see sig).
