Default Bent Valve, Time for Upgrades

Hey whats up, new to the N/A boards here on HT and im looking for a place to start building my motor. I have a JDM B18C in my EG, some water got sucked up into it and bent one of the for valves in the first cylinder. Compression is only at 100psi in cylinder one, where the others are at 175-180. my honda mechanic said he'd fix the valve by basically doing a compelete rebuild for $900. But since i'll be paying a lot in labor for a job i cant do myself, i figured i might as well make it worth it....

I have my heart set on CTR pistons, for the better compression and the cheaper price. As far as anything else goes that would be worth replacing while the motor is out, what would that be? I plan on going all motor. and i dont have an un godly amount of money to spend. Any ideas or suggestions would be much appreciated, thanks.

Full Omni valvetrain can be had for around $500 and a good machine shop can install for around $50-$100 if you already have the head removed. If you're planning on dropping it off and having someone do all the work, be prepared to pay the price.
