Toda A duration question
I've been doing alot of researching and noticed alot of archives dicussions have the Toda A spec @
Intake :11.6 mm, duration - 250 @ 1mm
Exhaust: 11.2mm, duration - 240 @ 1mm
I wanted to confirm this myself and went to AKH's website and its
IN 220 (6.0) - 290 (11.6) - 240 (9.0)
EX 220 (5.5) - 280 (11.2) - 240 (8.5)
Who is wrong and who is right?? Or did they redesign the cams for more duration?? Or am I reading this wrong?? lol

what you can do is go to http://www.toda-racing.co.jp double check the duration

They could both be right.
http://www.todaracing.com lists the numbers you posted above, but doesn't say at what mm they're measured at.....

It's the difference between total "advertised" duration and the duration between opening and closing angles at 1mm of lift.
It's not a fair way to judge cams solely by the advertised duration, so we standardized comparisons to 1mm (.039") or .050" of lift.
