Will a del sol transmission be as good an crx si transmission?

Default Will a del sol transmission be as good an crx si transmission?

ok i cant find a Crx Si tranny in good condition , or atleast one under $300
Ive got a friend with a del sol transmission that he has bolted to his z6 that he says he
a good tranny , but hes not the smartest when it comes to that stuff, so i dont know what model or year, but i just need a better tranny than this crappy dx

del sols are Hydro tranny's. unless u convert it won't work. but it should bolt up.

it is a little better because the fluid motion is better than mechanical motion but you'll need the coversion kit and mounts. search it here and on google or yahoo.

IMO, it is not worth the hassle and/or money simply to be able to have a hydraulic clutch transmission.

Unless you're getting the del sol transmission for free and you feel like doing a non-direct bolt in transmission, I wouldn't bother...

also, make sure to research exactly which clutch you will need.

hell no it's not worth it. i don't even think those transmisssions are geared as well as an si?

yeah dude i have an si tranny in my crx, and its great, if you can find one get it. i know i saw someone here on h-t selling one with under 120k, but i dont know where i saw the thread. wait here it is:
