you're gonna need to run your car for mpfi.

you'll also need axles, shift linkage, mounts.

use a cable trans or you'll have to pay for the cable-hydro conversion kit.

edit: rereading what you said, I may have been misunderstanding your question. If what I said makes sense, cool. If not, never mind.

You must modify your dpfi harness to mpfi.

don't buy a 91 harness. Modify your std harness. Convert to mpfi, get a pre-obd to obd1 conversion harness, add three more wires for the o2 sensor and enjoy. Might want to pick up one of those distributor jumpers too. You'll also need a 4 wire o2 sensor from any 92-95 honda.

no because you cant run it. you can't just plug a mpfi engine harness into the std harness. if you want to run a mpfi harness, you have to change all the harnesses on the chassis.

You have to make your car mpfi in order to run the b18a which is mpfi.If you dont change your car to mpfi you cannot run the b18a which again is mpfi because your car is DPFI.

he's saying that the integra harness will NOT plug into your car without extensive wiring, it is easier to modify the harness on your engine than to do that. so, therefore, convert your wiring to mpfi in prep for the b18.

you will be doing major wiring if you use the 91 harness. You will be doing minor wiring if you use your 89 std harness. Keep it simple and just mod your 89 harness.

i think you're just not reading what im saying correctly. you're reading it and thinking what you want to think. but the thing is , the mpfi harness will NOT plug in without rewiring the WHOLE car. the much easier way is to convert the std harness to mpfi, or pay for a conversion harness from http://www.rywire.com
