Default Racing maintenence?

ok im not really a racer but last night i went out racing and was running my car up to like 7200 rpms.... max for my zc... so what would i do after a hard day of driving it around to like you know show my car appreciation?

Just make sure that you keep up with all of your routine maintence and you should be just fine.

well if you rev the **** out of it you might want to change your oil a little sooner then normal.

other then that make sure coolant levels are nominal, since you might be burning a little off. my car does....

just watch all your fluids, change oil a little early 2500 or so.

im a big fan of mobil 10w30 synthetic myself.

it really doesnt matter as long as you change it regularly. everyone has their own type they like.

i agree. i just spun a rod bearing at the track using petroleum based oil. under the heat generated from hard driving the oil will thin out.
