difference in head design?

Default difference in head design?

i want to know if there are any difference in head design,i.e. flow , valve size , port shape , between a d16a6 head and a d15b2 head please do tell . i never deal with this type of thing at work

according to honda parts websites, slhondaparts.com e.g., the casting is the same for dx, si, and std. the only difference is the camshaft.
