non-s motor value

how much would a 25k miles, 2003, non-s motor be worth. complete longblock and 5spd tranny...?

maybe a 1000, i know most the time i see them they go for about 800, i know a yard around me has a complete base model RSX longblock with 5,000 miles on it for $900 but im holding out for a Type S or R for my CRX. But with the 5 speed tranny im not sure the price.
