Have a msd kit on my sohc zc wondering if it will work on the dohc zc are they exactly the same? I imagine the leads are but unsure of the distributor.

Appreciate any help.

 

SOHC ZC is like the USDM SI(D16a6), the right one fo rthe DOHC ZC is the 88-89 integra cap.

No, you can use a SOHC cap on a DOHC ZC distributor. The caps are the same, but the distributor is different.

MSD has the same part number for both the d16a6 and the d16a1.
