Default Spring Rates for Eibach SPortlines??

I was just curious what are the spring rates for the Sportlines for a 99civic coupe..

Eibach Sportline - 310F/275R

though i've heard 320F/270R as well.

Those numbers are too high for a Civic. According to Eibach: Sportlines are about 225 front and 125 rear. Prokits are slightly higher at 240 front and 139 rear. I was (a little) surprised to find that the Prokits are actually higher.

Thanks for the replies..
The reason im askin is b/c I currently have ITR springs and i have heard that the rates on these are 250F/250R...
the ride is nice,, but i want my car lower.. and i heard that sportlines provide a substantial drop while maintaining daily driven quality,....
You guys reccomend??
I wont be doin any track or autox just regular cruising....
