why can't i take day pictures?

i'm so lazy that by the time i actually make an attempt to shoot pictures of my car, the sun goes away...anyway, here's what i came up with in the dark...

thanks...long exposure is how the lights are stretched out. The shudder is open for however many seconds it was, letting all of the light in from the time it opens to the time it closes.

nice...so its all about the shutter speed.....im trying to learn to take good pics...thanks for the info.

i think this pic is sick.....i like it that dark
