Default check engine light- solid light on ECU

Ok, I just replaced the rotor yesterday, becaue it slipped off the shaft, and i got stuck on the side of the road. the car was running good, but after driving for 1/2 hour, the car would like bog when im just cruising. Its very quick, and then its fine. then the check engine light came on, the ECU just had the solid, unblinking led on- which i heard is a sign of a bad ECU. the light stayed on for a mile or two, then went off. btw, its a 88 crx si with a b16a swap and pr3 ECU. anybody got any ideas? just did tune up and fuel filter too.

the light wont blink while your driving...you have to look at your ecu to see what its blinking while your car isnt going anywhere but the power is on.

reset your ecu and see if it's throwing a code.

wither way, I reset the ECU, and its still coming on after its gotten warmed up. It'll come on for like 5 secs, the first time, go off, 5 mins later, it'll come on for a lil longer, and so on and so on. The car bogging is what really concerns me though- could this be caused by a bad ECU?
