Default I need to rotate my tires. Should I rebalanced them?

I just got new lugs yesterday and im going to replace my old ones, while I do that I think I should just rotate my tires. The last time I rotated my tires where 3 months and 4236 miles ago. Do I need to rebalanced them or anything?

As long as you are not taking the tire off of the rim, there is no need to rebalance them. You'll be rotating the wheels as well as the tires.

check your tread depths. if the front tires have more tread, dont bother rotating them. as far as balancing, if your car vibrates like hell when you drive then look into re-balancing the front tires at least.

Balancing is not needed unless you get vibrations.

I don't feel any vibrations, now all I need is to get a torque wrench. Thanks guys.

For best tire wear, you want your tires balanced between every 10-14K miles. Vibration or no vibration, balance them. Just because you are not getting a sick vibration, does not mean they are balanced perfectly. Even the slighest imperfection in the balance will cause uneven tire wear over time. Besides, if you bought them from a place that offers free lifetime balancing and rotating, why not take advantage of it and put their technicians to work? It's not like balancing your tires is going to hurt something.

Yes, personally I would rebalance them every other oil change...you should rotate them and rebalance them regularly in order to prevent cupping and this way the tires will wear evenly

i use to sell tires at Sear's Automotive and i always recommend having the tires balanced besides being rotated...even tho there's no vibrations it helps prolong the life on the tires as well as keeping up on the alignment once a year...

There is absolutely no reason to re-balance them if you are not experiencing a vibration or uneven tire wear.
