Default NEED HELP on making decision of my "Base Model S 4th gen Prelude" (Searched)

Hi to all lude mates here. I'm reposting this because I couldn't get answer from last post, please don't tell me to read old threads, instead please give me helpful information if you would.

Like what is on the topic, I got a lude with base S model, and I'm in the middle of no where trying to work on my car. I'm sort of making a decision now, should I continue invest money on this lude or should I invest money on another car? I'm not saying prelude is a bad car, but puting big horse power on a FF car seems ridiculous to me... not offensive but just opinion. I like my lude, it only has 87K on it! I'm thinking everything crazy to put on it. In the summer, I might get a bigger rims with Gold or Bronze color 17 or 18" since my lude is black, i guess it is going to look great. And maybe lower with better suspension, intake + exhaust of course, and last big thing would be the engine. Or even more crazy, turbo or Superscharge. However, one thing holds me down is model S doesn't have ABS. It is dangerous to have big power without ABS... eventhough I can downshift.. but still...

I guess as you guys can tell, I'm a first to car. I'm looking for some friendly advices here, please feel free to correct my thought.

The best advice I can give is just keep the car as it is for about a year. Research and then decide what you want to do.

Too many people just start modding a car before they know what they really want. A lot of money is wasted modding this way.

^^^yes, i spent a couple thousand dollars on my previous car on useless parts because i hadn't done any research and didnt realized exactly what i was doing. research a lot before you actually start doing anything to your car. and make sure YOU know in what direcytion you want to go with it.

well if u like the car then keep it. If you know how to drive, you dont need ABS. Honeslty I would drive it how it is, save up and buy an h22.

JDM H22 swap with I/H/E and a VAFC, you could easily reach into the 175ish WHP range, which is pretty quick compared to your average honda. Andy D was right though. Learn about the prelude, learn what you really want, what takes a lot of money to do, what parts are reliable and give good gains. Dont hop into anything you do not know a lot about or are not ready for

thanks you guys, I'm having deep thoughts now. That is really some good advices!

I definitely loved the car, I might start on doing a new rims first. And for ABS, I'm still concern a little. Any chances you guys now a ABS system is able to be added after market? Thanks again.
