Where can I find things for this motor like headers, exhaust, cams, pistons, rods, etc.. I want to build this up a little and get a nice sounding exhaust. I was going to use my stock DX one, but I was told it wouldn't work, plus mine sux. Any info would be helpful. Anyone who has this or helped build these could really help me.Thanks

Thanks for all the good links guys. Just one more question. Would it be worth it/wise/reliable if I turboed this with only like 7 pounds of boost?

So if you think that is so funny can you tell me EXACTLY what the differences are between a set of forged DOHC ZC pistons and a set of forged SOHC pistons would be? I'm getting ready to build a ZC so any info would be very helpful.

i don't think there is any diffrence. In fact i'm almost 100% sure that the D16a6 and ZC pistons are interchangable.
I just said you should look into the old ones pistons because of the quality and how much work he put into it

well, theres no reason the d16a6 pistons won't work, but the way he said it it sounds like using the stock ones naturally aspirated would be an advantage. they'll lower the compression ratio.
http://www.thezcr.com/forums/showthread.php?t=8572 <- Liams civic with a turbo'd DOHC ZC
http://www.thezcr.com <--- has almost all info you will ever need on the DOHC ZC engine.
To put the engine in you'll need the engine, and some wire. thats about it. I did mine in about 6 hours not having ANY previous mechanical experience. Just read ALOT
Honda-tech and http://www.thezcr.com will become your internet "crack" if you want it to go smooth and get the best out of your engine
