Default Can b16a1 tranny parts be used in an LS b18a1 "S1" tranny?

I want to use hubs and synchros from a b16a1 tranny in my LS "S1" tranny. Will I have any shaft diameter problems? the LS "S1" is 1990 5 spd manual/cable and the B16a1 tranny is 1991. I think I can interchange the tranny shaft pieces but I want to make sure.
Also if I can interchange parts is there a hybrid gear mix I should consider? I want to be stoned strong street with a minor in the .25 mile. Thanks.

Well i think they are mostly compatible. I have an LS teg 5th gear in my y1 b16a tranny. The synchros were interchangeable on 5th but they might not be with other gears. I would bet for the most part everything is interchangeable.
