Default Windshield wiper

My driver side windshield wiper only moves a little bit and is very slow, The passenger side wiper rotates over before the drive side can come up.

well the obvious thing would be to look into the motor

but since that's too obvious i'm gonna say its gotta be the engine mounts

since one motor operates both wiper arms you need to first check the wiper arm mounting nut and see if it is loose(most likely) if not check the linkage

Linkage is where I would start and go from there .

Motor mounts really.....I was thinking valve train or possibly the tranny .
