I figured I'd might as well get an opinion in this thread..

My 92 LS is near mint inside and out with the exception of rust located under the passenger side door / floorboard. I wanted to see if I could get some opinions on how difficult and/or costly it would be to repair this. I treated the rust today with Klean-Strip Rust Converter. Anyone have expierence with the results of that product?

ouch looks nasty! how big is it? from the pic u cant really tell how large the rust hole is. u could probably just cut it out and weld another piece on. dont know price or how hard it would be.

 

I'd say it's a good 4-5 inches from top to bottom and 5-6 inches from left to right.

 

you start grinding and cutting and thats gonna end up being one bigass hole.
