Default h22/civic: got shift linkage from Honda, did I get the right part?

I went to Honda today and told them I needed a shift linkage from a 96 prelude, and the total came to $400. I wanted to see if this price is common for two cables and a plate... I could have ordered the wrong part possibly?

the yard i work at usually sells the cables, shifter, clutch master and slavee cylinder and pedals for a 5 spd change out for an accord for around 150-175.....jsut teh shifter and cables alone would be a LOT less than that...i would put money that it would end up around 50-75.
