Lower dyno numbers...should I worry?
Just finished tuning my VAFC2 on a dynapack chassis dynometer and ended up with 169.4 whp. My car only has basic boltons and had the block rebuilt by the dealership back in Oct/04 under warranty. Boltons inlcude AEM CAI, DC 4-1 JDM(dented), and RSR ex-mag w/ looped muffler. I was a little disappointed with the peak hp but the overall improvement in the torque curve and smoother powerband has satisfied me. I guess my biggest concern is wheather my engine is healthy or not b/c the number seems to be pretty low esp on a dynapack where number are usually higher than mustang or Dynojet.

performance is not about peak horsepower.

all dyno's read differently, do a compression test or leakdown test to show how your motors health is, not dyno numbers
i put down 175whp w/bolt on's on a jdm R so id say your numbers are fine, all dyno's are different
