Default Z6 vs Y8 for turbo

I was wondering what motor would be better to boost on.....I have a y8 with a turbo already on it but the head gasket blew on it and instead of replacing the gasket I have an extra motor but its a z6 and I was just gonna drop it in and put all the turbo parts on that one but I wasnt sure if the y8 is better or the z6 is

I have a y8 head on my d15 block(mini me) and I'm not yet happy with the power and was thinking of going ahead and turboing mine. the only problem is, is that It's starting to burn some oil at about 5k. bbllllllllaaaaaah. **** sucks. I would probably go with the y8.
