There is, of course, one thing I have to wonder about. The price of a genuine Mugen header is in the same league as the long tubes (ie DTR, SMSP, etc.). Is the rather conventional Mugen header really going to perform at the same level as a DTR or SMSP header?

Depends. The B18x/B20x/B16B block is 7mm taller than the B16A block, therefore some B16 headers may not clear the B18 oil pan.

No it's not, I'd take a SMSP, DTR, or Hytech any day over a mass produced header like that.

There is a header on EBAY, going for around $150. It says Jasma or what ever. Whats up Davep, it's Gutted-dx from cincinnatistreetracing.com, have you done anything new to your hatch

haha thanks guys, but if i had the money i'd buy a dtr and whatever even though i haven't even seen one so if you guys have pics of those then could i see it? the only reason i'm gonna pick up this mugen one is because its cheap....the person selling it says its mugen and its welded on and its SS its going for 200 so i have to look at it this weekend.....we'll see how it all turns out

oh and hawaiidsm ... you may know where to find it.
