I need a 5 Lug spare tire or can you tell me what year honda comes with a spare that will fit my Jdm itr 5 Lug.

from what I have been told the vehicles that have spares that fit my 5 Lug are:
1. 2000 accord V6
2. 1998 prelude

are any of these correct? Anymore years?

Consider the aluminum spare from the RX-8. It's stupid light weight when compared to the steel spares and has the same tire diameter as does the stock ITR tires.

Today some girl that works by me just got a Rx-8 and she was complaing about how her Rx-8 does NOT come with a spare tire. What the dealer told her is that there is a can of Fix a Flat in the trunk and to use this if she gets a leak.

Whoops, must have slipped on the finger. I meant to say RX-7. More specifically the 88-89 models. The wheel is 16x4. Those models also came with jacks that weigh less than the stock Honda ones do.

i just picked up a set of 2001 accord rims and have my type r rim for spare....

 

 

you might have better luck if you post this in the right forum (classifieds not vehicles for sale)

 

all these spares will work

newer body 5 lug accords accords
97-01 preludes
all year's crv's(there base model steel steel rims are 15x6.5 so you can run a normal size tire if you wanted to)
older rx7's (like stated above)
97-01 itrs and ctr's

 

also found out that 2003 eclipse rims would work to....

edit also camrys ....
