stock gsr head vs. 3 angle port & polished b16 head

would there be a difference in the combustion camber volume ( cc per cylinder ) in the ported b16 head. or would the stock gsr head still be better then the ported b16 head?

pnp does not affect CR. B18C1 head has more compression.
