can you clock a tial wastegate?

Default can you clock a tial wastegate?
The vacuum port on the side of my 38mm wastegate is hitting my hood... is it possible to clock the tial so this port faces another direction?

Yes. Remove the top off and unscrew the lower part from the base. Than assemble it back so the port faces the desired direction.
