Default describe this valvetrain noise???

I am going to try and make this sort and simple..
b20/vtec..b16 head..view my sig for the mods..stock cam gears on the motor for now until I get my hondata and get it tuned..the problem is the valvetrain is very noisy...everything is new in the head..still breaking its just about time to re-adjust the valves..now the clearances recommended by buddyclub are 8-9 now I decided to take it to vtec gradually just to see if its working after putting afew 100km's on it and the change over is at 5700rpm, well... as soon as it hits vtec it sounds like rocks are under the valvecover or nuts and bolts are letting loose..just very loud valve rattle or valve hitting something..then goes away after 5800-5900rpm and works fine..I thought maybe wait put the cam gears in and hondata set the gears hope for the best..but I figure you guys can help me out..you help would be gladly appreciated..starting to stress over this

its possible one or more of the LMA's are bad in the head......

try re-adjusting the valves and go from there......
