Piston Miss Match
First does anyone know the stock bore and stroke for a 88-91 SOHC ZC?, and secondly can I use D16a6, D16y8, ect. aftermaket pistons and rods in the SOHC ZC? I need to get forged pistons for my new project and looking on the internet was not going well at all.
i don't wanna sound like an ***, especially to someone else who lives in WI, but theres a million threads (search for 'sohc zc difference'), including one today that says the only difference between the sohc zc and a d16a6 is the camshaft and possibly the computer.
so, yes, it will work. i don't remember the bore and stroke offhand, sorry about that.
