I looking for a header for my 2003 RSX Type-S, i've heard that the stock headers are pretty descent from the factory...not sure how true that is, if at all. But in everyone's opinon which header would be the best for the most power gains? any opinons would be appreciated...thanks

 

well there is another thread about this and depends what you want to do later on. Ever header is for different things. You going N/A? Turbo? FI?

are you looking for street power and quality or peak power? there is still a lot of room for improvement over the factory "breathing"

comptech makes a great header in terms of quality and oem fitment with decent improvement throughout the power band... it is, however, relatively pricey

the dc sports race header will yield you better gains for less damage on your wallet, but you might notice a thread in this forum about one that failed...

and if you're going turbo you might want to hold on to the cash and put it towards your setup since you'll be replacing the header

 

would anyone recommend a type r header over a race header if you're really looking for serious NA power?????
