Default How do you tell the difference between pistons?

How can you tell the difference when looking only at the piston, if it is out of a JDM H22, USDM H22, or if the piston came out of a Type-S without having them side by side??

I don't have any pics of JDM h22 (10.6:1 CR) Pistons but I do have
1. H22A1 (P13) Press fit pin 10:1
2. H22A4 (P5m) Floating wrist pin 10:1
3. Type s (P5P) Floating wrist pin 11:1

The JDM piston's dome is in between the USDM's dome and the TYPE-S dome.

what is the difference between a floating wrist pin and a press fit pin? Also, what, if any pros and cons of either?
