Default How to identify if the head is built...

I was wondering if it is possible to identify aftermarket valvetrain parts and aftermarket camshafts with the naked eye? I am about to buy a gsr head from some local, he claims that it has crower valvetrain along with skunk2 stage 3 camshafts and itr cam gears...any advice would be great..thanx.

If it has crower retainers they are clearly stamped on top and you can read it with the valve cover removed. At least you can on mine.

skunk cams has markings of alphanumeric characters on one end of the cams. the markings are like hand made.
