I got b20..I rev...to like 2 or 3 rpm....then it sounds like air just release out of the intake!

I got b20..I rev...to like 2 or 3 rpm....then it sounds like air just release out of the intake!
I dont see no leak.....seem like i can only rev to 2....then it just goes back to normal idle....anyone knoe whats wrong...????....hope i explain it right.
