Default help me choose a clutch on a sprayed H22!!

ok read alot of posts and done alot of serching and figured I would ask this question....

I have an H22A Civic hatch on nitrous running 250-275 WHP on stock internals (with spray of course). My goals are simple. Keep my synchros alive in my tranny, and to have a smooth engaging clutch to keep drivetrain shock down for breakage and for traction since it will run on BFG drag radials and Falken Azenis sports. Currently have ACT XT/SS and hate it. Have snapped 2 sets of DSS stage 1s, destroyed 3rd gear synchros, and can spin tires at idle with a rough engagement on street tires. My clutch is killing my sh$t (and my foot of course). B4 anyone starts to say LSD and stage two axles and all that. I am running totem traction bars and Factory Sir LSD tranny, and just ordered Gator Stage two axles (CUZ DSS SUCKS!!).

Been leaning towards the Action 2ks. Any thoughts? is the pedal pressure about the same as the ACT extreme pressure plate? Any other clutches people? WOuld like to hear your thoughts.

doesnt the "shock" or drop of the clutch hit pretty hard in that clutch? Thats why I was thinking about the Kevlar style. thanks for your input.

I just replaced my clutch in my Integra GSR with a Clutchmasters FX-300 Stage 3. I love it, very smooth and not at all harsh like I thought that it would be. I also At the same time put in a Fidanza 8.5lb flywheel and the combo is fantastic it feels like my car has 10 more horse to the wheels easy . Go Clutchmasters all the way. I heard the same thing about ACT that they have a harsh engagement . Everyone that has a Clutchmaster Clutch swears by them. I bought mine for $410 plus $10 Shipping. Send me an email if you want to know how I got such a good price for it. nathan.cook@zimmer.com
