Yeah i wanted to know what a 95 Civic CX HB with the JDM ITR (B18C) as a powerplant and gutted w/ no:

glove compartment
Sound deadening
stero/speakers
passanger seat
backseats
carpet
rear side pannels
center console/cigerette lighter console

would run in a 1/4 mile w/ engine alone no modifications

With decent driver mid to low 13's. Maybe better, just depends on a lot of factors. ie. track condition, elevation.. etc. etc. Hope that helps. But fair warning- the regulars here are going to tell you to go to the track and find out for yourself.
